25ml Ketel One Vodka

25ml Sake

25ml Yuzushu

1 dash of orange bitters

75ml pink peppercorn tonic

How to

– Add all the ingredients into a boston shaker excluding the tonic

– Add ice to a high ball glass

– Shake and strain into the high ball

– Add the pink peppercorn tonic on top

– Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a mint sprig
